KEY to METALS are proud to present a series of live Webinars which cover a range of subjects, from a basic introduction to the database, its functionality and the data within, to more advanced, in depth examples of useful tips and tricks to help you get the most from the KEY to METALS database.

Introduction to KEY to METALS - Webinar for Beginners

Our monthly Introduction to KEY to METALS Webinar is designed to give a general but useful insight into what the KEY to METALS database can offer you. Topics and areas covered include:

  • The importance of material properties data to the engineer
  • Requirement for data in the elastic and plastic range
  • Intro to key functionality including international cross reference tables
  • Overview of properties data available in the standard data set covering chemical composition, mechanical and physical properties and much more
  • Properties for use in advanced CAE software calculations covering stress-strain curves, cyclic properties and much more
  • New developments including our new plus module for polymers, ceramics and composites.

Advanced KEY to METALS Webinars

Our advanced webinar series will tackle a range of subjects covering useful tips and tricks on how to get the most from the KEY to METALS database.
